Birtenshaw would like to appoint a Referrals and Placements Manager to oversee the full referrals process, from initial point of contact through to securing a placement. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, efficient professional with experience in managing processes and people and a passion for achieving the best outcomes for children and young people. Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position. Remote working is not possible for this role.    Key Responsibilities: To oversee the full referral process from initial enquiry to confirmed placement. To line manage Referrals and Placements Administrators, including facilitating supervision sessions, probation reviews, and other relevant HR processes. Act as the main point of contact for all referrals across the organisation. Prepare and present Referrals and Placements data and updates to senior managers. Contribute to strategic planning and service development. Ensure all steps from referral to admission are completed in line with company policies and appropriately tracked. Collate and maintain accurate data on the volume and types of referrals received.
