The Birtenshaw Group are looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic administrator, to provide direct administrative and clerical support within the administration team and to support an efficient and professional reception service.
The main duties of this role will include:
- To ensure that the organisation offers a professional reception service.
- To ensure that the reception and waiting areas are maintained to the highest professional standards.
- Logging and recording incoming post and assisting with outgoing post – computerised log.
- Distribute incoming post as required.
- To assist in arrangements for meetings. Provide equipment as required.
- To assist in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all the organisation’s resources.
- To maintain confidentiality at all times.
Salary: The Birtenshaw Group Pay Scale Points 02 – 05: £24,186 - £25,412 per annum.
