SHIFT - ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE (1st, 2nd and 3rd)
PAY - $20-$24/hr.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for running the surface mount technology line and loading components
- Keep a clean and well organized work area
- Complete production related documents
- Make changes to machinery to accommodate different products
- Visually inspect boards to ensure quality
- Safely perform cleaning, changeover, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on surface mount equipment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two (2) years in automotive electronics manufacturing
- PCB manufacturing experience
- Understanding of basic electronics and PCB assemblies
- Ability to learn and operate technical equipment independently
- Must be available for weekend and daily overtime
OPTIONAL/PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Five (5) years of automotive electronics manufacturing with experience in surface mount technologies
- Excellent problem solving and organization skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on SMT equipment independently
- Good communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Understanding of advanced electronics
- Ability to troubleshoot PCB assemblies to component level
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Technical, mechanical or electronics training
