Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preventative maintenance and repair of the machinery in Electronics Assembly.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, etc.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must be able to work with technical support groups for troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair printed circuit boards to component level.
  • Available for daily and weekend overtime.
  • Experience with IA and other robotics programming and problem-solving.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems.
  • Basic understanding of hydraulic systems.
  • Three (3) + years in a technical or mechanical position.

OPTIONAL/PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Five (5) + years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Pass Mechanical Aptitude test.
  • Preventative maintenance experience.
  • VTI experience.
  • Molding and coatings experience.
  • PLC/Robotics programming.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

While performing the job the position is highly exposed to moving vehicles/machinery and factory equipment. The position may be required to work overtime to meet deadlines and requirements.
