We are looking for a Senior Clinical Fellow in PEM, at middle grade level or above, to help take the department forward. The fellowship provides an excellent opportunity to develop a ‘specialist interest’ while gaining additional experience in PEM in a hospital that looks after a financially and ethnically diverse population.

Quality Improvement (QI) Opportunity

This job will entail protected 20% of your time for Quality Improvement development within the Emergency Department. We are looking for a candidate who can deliver a significant quality improvement project within the Emergency Department. On appointment to this post, a discussion between the successful candidate and the supervisor would occur, to be able to prepare for a QI project that is both of interest to the candidate and the department.

Training and support

BWC offers bespoke QI training with support on how to deliver this through “Silver QI training” which the successful candidate would have available to them. This offers support and guidance for the candidate to be able to deliver the project successfully.
