About Us

Welcome Change works to support communities across East Birmingham and currently runs a Community Centre, Community Hub and Community Garden. We offer a range of services and activities to support wellbeing, build confidence and skills and reduce loneliness and isolation.

Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced fundraiser to join our small team and help us grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise funding through grant funds, peer platforms, social value chain, events and campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in fundraising from grant funds, peer platforms, social value chain, events and campaigns.
  • Well organised, with good written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions

  • Hours: 20 hours a week, exact hours split across the week to be agreed.
  • Pay: £16,000 pa (£30,000 pro rata).
  • Location: Based at Glebe Farm Community Hub.
