The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to support the effective running of OSCAR Birmingham by providing high-quality administration and financial assistance. This role is offered on a part-time basis, self-employed or employed basis including hybrid and flexible days.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, finance, analytical skills, and a genuine passion for supporting our cause.
About us
Organisation for Sickle Cell Relief & Thalassaemia Support (OSCAR) is a voluntary organisation and registered charity established to promote greater awareness of Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia blood disorders and to support individuals affected. We are the only community-based local charity in Birmingham providing services arising from complex issues for those affected by this long-term genetic blood condition.
Main responsibilities
- Finance data entry and analysis via QuickBooks online.
- Preparation of sales invoices.
- File electronically related financial paperwork.
- Ensure compliance and reporting requirements in line with grants and contracts.
- Ensure monthly finance reports are prepared.
- Key administrative support to Head of Charity.
