Thanks to funding from The National Lottery community fund, we are hiring a Delivery and Engagement Officer to help us boost the impact of small voluntary and community organisations across Birmingham.
Work hours: 29.6 hours a week | FTE: 0.8 | Annual salary: £24,915 (FTE equivalent £31,143)
This community-facing role supports small voluntary and community organisations across Birmingham. You will act as a friendly link between BCM and local groups, helping people connect, access support, and build stronger networks.
- Support community events and networking
- Build relationships with local groups
- Provide guidance and signposting
- Connect people to opportunities and resources
- Promote BCM’s work
- Gather feedback and stories
- Represent BCM at meetings and events
