CASBA is seeking an experienced and highly organised Access to Work Support Worker to join our team. You will provide empowering person‑centred support to two valued staff members – one as Project Officer on our Pregnancy to Parenthood project and the other in her role as Co‑Chair of LINK 26UP. This is a chance to have a big impact on our staff members’ roles and at CASBA. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high‑quality results, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records on our database.
- Assist with data entry, data management tasks, and Outlook.
- Proofread blogs, presentations, and any written materials; support with editing and submitting.
- Support preparation of weekly workshops.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- One year’s experience in an administrative or support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and provide empowering support.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar industry or sector.
- Knowledge of administrative software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
