Job Title: Weekly Cleaner & Ad-Hoc Office Administrator (3 Hours/Week Minimum)
We\'re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help keep our small office clean and tidy once a week. In addition to cleaning, there may be opportunities for extra hours doing administrative work, including order confirmations, raising purchase orders, handling emails, buying and accounts tasks. Experience with SAGE 50 is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Duties (3 hours per week):
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, fridge, and toilet
- Dust and wipe down office furniture, doors, and skirting boards
- Hoover and mop all floors
- Clean internal windows and surfaces
- Wipe down desks, PCs, and telephones
- Ensure the office is neat, fresh, and welcoming
Ad-hoc Administrative Duties (Optional/Extra Hours):
- Order confirmations
- Raising purchase orders
- Managing and responding to emails
- General office administrative support
- Handling buying work and accounts tasks
