We’re searching for a Relief Assistant Shop Manager to support our friendly retail teams, primarily at our Harborne shop and occasionally across Birmingham when needed. If you’re positive, organised, and enjoy working with people, this could be your perfect next step.

  • Supporting and stepping in for Shop Managers to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Helping maximise sales and donations so our shops thrive and meet our targets.
  • Sorting, pricing and displaying pre‑loved treasures.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to every donor and shopper.
