Birmingham Hospice is seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our senior leadership team as Community Services Lead, shaping and delivering high-quality specialist palliative care across our integrated community services.
Reporting to the Head of Community Services, you will provide operational and clinical leadership for our Integrated Community Team (including Hospice at Home, SPUR and CNS Triage) and drive service transformation, quality improvement and collaborative partnerships.
