Birmingham Hospice is looking for a highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join our busy, friendly People Team.

This hybrid role supports recruitment activity from advert placement through to onboarding, pre-employment checks and induction arrangements.

You will help candidates feel informed, supported and welcomed from their first contact with us, while contributing to wider People Team projects such as wellbeing initiatives and system improvements.
