Birmingham Hospice is seeking a highly organized Recruitment Administrator to join our busy People Team. The role covers advert placement, interview scheduling, onboarding, pre-employment checks and induction arrangements to ensure a smooth candidate journey from first contact.
Hybrid working across Selly Park and Erdington with a supportive, inclusive culture, you will also contribute to wider People Team projects such as colleague engagement, wellbeing initiatives and system improvements.
