Birmingham Settlement is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our Money Advice Team. This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise to make a real difference, supporting individuals and families to improve financial resilience and wellbeing.

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality, specialist debt and welfare benefit advice to a wide range of clients.
  • Manage your own caseload, including financial assessments, negotiating with creditors and maximising client income.
  • Work as part of a long-established, professional team to provide a holistic service that promotes financial inclusion and builds money management skills.
  • Support the development of services by identifying emerging needs and contributing to best practice.
