Shadow Dragon is seeking a part-time (approximately 30 hours per week) detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to support the company's day-to-day legal operations.
This role provides administrative and operational support to the legal function, helping manage contracts, maintain legal records, and assist with a variety of legal initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Legal Department.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, routing, and tracking contracts.
- Maintain the company's contract management system and ensure contracts and legal documents are accurately organized and archived.
- Coordinate signature processes using electronic signature platforms.
- Maintain legal templates, policies, and standard forms.
- Track legal requests and priorities to ensure timely completion.
- Perform other legal, administrative, and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant, contract administrator, or similar legal support role preferred.
- Experience supporting an in-house legal department or technology/Saa S company is preferred.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and electronic signature platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and document management systems.
