Job Description

Overall purpose of position:
The role of Director – Planning & Production at Birmingham Royal Ballet is responsible for the successful programming, planning, and delivery of all BRB productions and tours. With management control of all aspects of the touring programme and productions, the role’s key deliverables will be establishing and delivering Company tours within budget and organisational capacity. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Director of P&P will support the Company to deliver a flexible, solutions-led approach to decision-making. A proven team leader, the Director of P&P will support the CEO and Director with the data and understanding to best match the Company’s artistic ambition with its resource and financial capacity.
