Birmingham Newman University are seeking to recruit a front of house receptionist. This is a critical role at Birmingham Newman University, as this will be the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors and guests. The post holder will also be responsible for the coordination of the University switchboard both internally and externally.
The post holder must be committed to providing a consistent delivery of an exceptional and outstanding reception service.
Applicants must be educated to a minimum of GCSE grade C and above and have excellent interpersonal skills. Relevant reception experience, knowledge of telephone systems and MS Teams, and experience of working in a customer focused environment is also essential.
