Responsibilities:
- Act as the Partnership Admissions Quality Officer in supporting the Collaborative Provision Unit, specifically franchise admissions.
- Check all applications submitted for enrolment onto a franchised programme and ensure compliance with all university requirements, particularly ensuring correct ID details are provided and all relevant qualifications as well as fee status.
- Check all written work (entry essays) completed and monitor for any concerns on potential submissions made fraudulently.
- Support the CPU compliance visit schedule (i.e. undertaking ID checks).
- Ensure correct application of the admissions policy (including fair admissions context and application where appropriate of contextual admissions).
- Review recorded interviews and attend a sample of interviews undertaken at partners.
- Review certificates for English tests taken and confirm their appropriateness and validity.
- Identify any potential anomalies and elevate admissions risks internally.
