Location: Hot Desks across Birmingham Museum Sites / Hybrid
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Enterprise Team at Birmingham Museums Trust. As the Business Administration Manager you will provide finance, administrative and systems support across the Enterprise department. You will help ensure that departmental processes are accurate, organised and efficient, supporting activity across areas such as retail, ecommerce, events, venue hire, commercial partnerships and other income-generating work.
The successful candidate will support finance administration, reporting, supplier processes, customer and client administration, and the use of key business systems including Shopify, HubSpot, Event Pro and any future CRM or operational systems adopted by the Trust.
To succeed in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- An understanding of the Trust's commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
- Experience of working within an administrative, finance or business support role
- Experience of using business systems (e.g. CRM, finance, booking systems etc)
- The ability to work efficiently in a team
