The Helpline provides advice, information and signposting to people experiencing mental health difficulties, their families, professionals and the wider public.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of helpline workers and volunteers while handling calls.
  • Work under pressure, remain calm, and exhibit excellent communication skills.
  • Ensure the helpline operates smoothly during shifts from 9 am to 11 pm, seven days a week.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 12 months.
  • No visa sponsorship available.
  • Experience working in or with mental health services is an advantage.
  • Commitment to work rota, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
