We have an opportunity for a data driven individual to help ensure that we have systems, processes, and measurement tools to monitor and evaluate the impact of our mental health services. Birmingham Mind are the city’s leading independent mental health charity and every day we use data to inform the decisions we take, ensuring we provide excellent care and support for people where and when they need it.
With strong Excel skills you will demonstrate a passion for analysing complex data and compiling reports for both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll act as a System Administrator for our CRM system and assist with the continual improvement of the organisation's database.
