Birmingham Mind is recruiting a Helpline Worker to cover rota’d activity between 9am-11pm, seven days a week from our Birmingham site. You will handle calls, emails and webchat, provide information and signposting, and work within a recovery approach to support people in crisis and those seeking general help.
We require at least 6 months’ experience in the mental health field, right to work in the UK, and a willingness to work shift patterns including weekends.
