Human Resources Co‑ordinator (9 Months Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Cover)
Location: Birmingham, Near City Centre / Hybrid
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Answer day‑to‑day HR queries
- Recruitment administration
- Maintain the computerized HR system
- Administer the starter/leaver process
- Administer DBS checks within the organization
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- Recent experience within a similar HR role
- Proficient IT skills; ability to manipulate data
- Remain calm under pressure and organise high volumes of work
- Ability to assess and plan own workload independently and meet deadlines
- Valid UK right to work for minimum 12 months (no visa sponsorship)
