Birmingham Mind is seeking a Recovery Support Worker for the Recovery House in Birmingham. This role supports the Waking Night team to deliver 24/7, recovery-based care in a CQC-regulated setting.

A rota includes some evenings and weekends, with emphasis on de-escalation and safe, person-centred support to service users. You will work with NHS partners to maintain high-quality environments, complete assessments and contribute to service mobilisation.
