Key Responsibilities
- Deliver independent assurance of CAMO personnel competence, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance of the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) with regulatory standards.
- Conduct and support CAMO audit activities across internal teams, maintenance organisations, and subcontractors.
- Monitor adherence to MAA Regulatory Articles (RA 4900-#####) and MRP Part M requirements.
- Validate procedures, manage changes, and perform product sampling and compliance checks.
- Oversee subcontracted CAMO activities, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and resource control.
- Support assurance of maintenance activities to maintain aircraft airworthiness.
- Facilitate corrective action processes, reporting findings and escalating risks where required.
Skills & Experience
- Strong background in CAMO, airworthiness, or aviation quality management.
- Experience conducting audits within regulated aviation environments (e.g. MAA, Part M/145).
- Knowledge of defence airworthiness regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to manage stakeholder engagement across engineering, maintenance, and delivery teams.
- Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action management.
Desirable
- Auditor training (AS9100/AS9110) and CAMO regulatory knowledge.
- Understanding of human factors, maintenance standards, and defence audit processes.
- Familiarity with information management tools and lifecycle systems.
- Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance is essential.
