Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver independent assurance of CAMO personnel competence, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance of the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct and support CAMO audit activities across internal teams, maintenance organisations, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor adherence to MAA Regulatory Articles (RA 4900-#####) and MRP Part M requirements.
  • Validate procedures, manage changes, and perform product sampling and compliance checks.
  • Oversee subcontracted CAMO activities, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and resource control.
  • Support assurance of maintenance activities to maintain aircraft airworthiness.
  • Facilitate corrective action processes, reporting findings and escalating risks where required.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in CAMO, airworthiness, or aviation quality management.
  • Experience conducting audits within regulated aviation environments (e.g. MAA, Part M/145).
  • Knowledge of defence airworthiness regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder engagement across engineering, maintenance, and delivery teams.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action management.

Desirable

  • Auditor training (AS9100/AS9110) and CAMO regulatory knowledge.
  • Understanding of human factors, maintenance standards, and defence audit processes.
  • Familiarity with information management tools and lifecycle systems.
  • Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance is essential.
