Temp to Perm work

Pay rate: £17.75 p/h - Temp to Perm

Hours of work are: 08:00 - 17:00

The CFC Inventory Manager will be required to optimise warehouse space, support the CFC growth agenda, and ensure successful onboarding within a multi-user site. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory levels across a multi-client fulfilment centre, completing daily/weekly PI and stock counts by customer, and producing detailed inventory MI for senior management and its customers. A proficient user of WMS and Microsoft Office is necessary to provide meaningful data and deliver a cost-effective, high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day to day management of the inventory function for all customers.
  • Devise and implement Inventory KPI targets.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and integrity in line with contractual requirements.
  • Interrogation and approval of departmental spreadsheets/reports as required to ensure the integrity of inventory KPI data.
  • Support onsite Management team.
  • Attend Management huddles.
  • Ability to use trend analysis to identify issues and areas of potential loss.
  • Encouraging staff participation in process improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews of training plans.
  • Attend departmental, contractual, and site meetings as required.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Operate and interrogate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Undertake special projects, provide statistics, and reports as required.
  • Comply with all Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace.
  • Undertake any other duties that may be assigned.
Key Experience:
  • SAP Key user (ERP) experience is essential.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft packages, SAP WMS, and Power BI.
  • Experience in liaising with customers and problem-solving.
  • Strong ability to analyse data and identify solutions.
