Birmingham Hospice is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering specialist rehabilitation for life-limiting illnesses across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.

You will assess, plan and implement person-centred interventions to maximise independence and function, while collaborating with families and carers to support symptom management and safe discharge planning.
