Join our Visitor Experience team and you will be at the forefront of delivering the front of house magic and exceptional visitor experience that we pride ourselves on. We need your passion and enthusiasm to engage with our visitors and help them create memories that will last a lifetime.
Our Visitor Experience team are at the heart of our organisation, welcoming visitors, keeping everyone safe and delivering on sales goals. As a team member you’ll be a professional and positive presence working across all areas of Front of House including the auditorium, bars and event spaces. You should aim to exceed expectations and help deliver those goosebump moments to visitors. You’ll also help ensure a safe working environment by following our procedures and standards across licensing and health & safety.
Whether welcoming visitors, scanning tickets, serving on our bars or keeping our audience safe and comfortable in the auditorium, you will be an ambassador for the Hippodrome, delivering our values and behaviours in everything that you do. You will be knowledgeable about our shows and theatre and passionate about consistently delivering exceptional visitor experience in a safe and inviting environment. We will look to you to add value by selling our full range of items, promotions, tickets and merchandise too.
This role will involve working in all Visitor Services areas including bars, auditorium, catering and events as and when required, in line with business needs. The hours for this role are mostly evenings and weekends.
