Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work between 8:30am - 6pm. Hybrid basis - with a minimum of two days onsite per week.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Ticketing and Revenue Manager leads on the operational delivery of ticketing and revenue management across Birmingham Hippodrome. The role is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely ticketing set-up for all productions and events, alongside managing ticket inventory, pricing, holds, allocations and offers to maximise income and increase audiences. The postholder manages the Ticketing and Revenue Officer, holding responsibility for their development, performance and day to day delegation of work to ensure effective delivery of objectives. Working closely with colleagues, producers and partners, the role ensures ticketing operations are delivered efficiently while driving revenue growth across the programme. The role requires strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
About You
We’re looking for someone with experience in managing ticketing inventory, ticketing set-up, pricing structures, discounts, promo codes, and on-sale processes, with skills in CRM data analysis and reporting. You’ll be a results-driven problem-solver, able to communicate confidently, with an excellent eye for detail. You will have a strong desire to learn new skills, remaining calm under pressure, happy working to deadlines. Ideally, you would also have some experience of Tessitura, delivering training, and pricing strategy development.
