Birmingham City Council is seeking a Building Safety Officer to support safe, compliant and well-managed residential housing across the city. You will assist the Building Safety Manager with site inspections, assurance checks and investigations to ensure statutory compliance and accurate records.
You will monitor certification and data, identify non-compliance risks, and work with teams, contractors and residents to deliver building safety programmes within budgets and priorities.
