Bentley Heath CE Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in the role of Teaching Assistant within the school. If you respect children and enjoy supporting them to be independent learners, we will offer you a warm and welcoming school environment where highly skilled colleagues will support you.

Teaching Assistant – 5 days per week, term time only. Fixed term 1 year contract.

  • Hours: 08:50-15:20 Monday-Friday, 30 hours a week, 38 weeks term-time plus inset
  • Salary Band/Range Point 5 - 10: £24,790 - £26,835 full time equivalent salary
  • Actual salary: £17,523.85 - £18,969.44

You will be expected to deal with minor first aid and to manage behaviour in line with the school policy. A relevant Level 2 qualification is essential.
