At the Birmingham Diocese Multi-Academy Trust (BDMAT), we provide an opportunity to train as a teacher within our family of 19 Church of England schools across Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire. Our settings range from rural schools to vibrant inner-city schools, reflecting the diversity of the children we serve.

Our school-based teacher training route offers hands-on experience from day one, learning alongside experienced educators in real classrooms. You will receive personalised support from your tutor and in-school mentor, becoming part of a network of peers and early career teachers across all BDMAT schools.
