About This Role

Starting Tuesday 1st September 2026, this full‑time permanent position offers a salary range of M1 – M6 (£32,916 – £45,352) plus a SEND allowance. We are recruiting a specialist SEND Teacher to lead our new specialist resource provision from September 2026. We are looking for a nurturing teacher with the expertise to support a diverse group of pupils, with and without EHCPs, and to grow and develop alongside skilled TAs delivering targeted interventions.

Coleshill C of E Primary School is a two‑form‑entry primary school, inspected by Ofsted as Good in February 2022, with a flourishing nursery taking children from two years old. The school is part of the Birmingham Diocesan Multi‑Academy Trust, a dynamic and supportive MAT that values investment in staff and offers opportunities for professional development.
