BCMG is a leading arts charity based in Birmingham, seeking a Finance Manager to run the day-to-day finance function and oversee bookkeeping, payroll, month-end processes, reconciliations and budgeting with strategic input from the Head of Finance.

The role is 0.4–0.6 FTE, hybrid in Birmingham with attendance at the CBSO Centre, offering 28 days plus bank holidays, pension contributions, and flexible working in a small organisation.
