About the Role: As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will lead and inspire the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all outlets within the hotel. You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring that each department—from restaurant to bar, banqueting to in-room dining—runs efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational excellence with strategic oversight. You will focus on guest satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial success, all while upholding brand standards and promoting a culture of service, quality, and professionalism. This is a hands-on role that involves being on your feet, so you'll bring a positive attitude and the stamina to support our fast-paced environment.
About You: Previous experience as an F&B Manager or Operations Manager within a hotel or similar hospitality environment. Level 3 Food Safety qualification (or willingness to complete). Strong knowledge of EPOS and hospitality management systems. Proven success in managing budgets, staffing, and service quality simultaneously.
