An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in the role of ‘Service Improvement & Development Partner’. Working within the Strategy and Partnerships Team, as a senior leader, you will work across the Trust and divisional priorities and objectives to support the integration and delivery of services to help achieve the Trust’s strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Programme Delivery and Assurance, the post holder will be pivotal in providing leadership to the delivery of a range of high priority service improvement and transformation projects and business development programmes across the organisation, all linked to the delivery of the Trust’s Strategic Objectives.

We are looking for an individual with knowledge, experience, passion, and interest in service development and improvement. Your range of experience may include clinical, project management, service improvement, and development skills.
