  • Hold a Master’s degree (minimum)
  • Be accredited or working towards accreditation (BACP, UKCP, ACP, BPS)
  • Have experience in teaching, training, or presenting, ideally in HE
  • Be engaged in research, knowledge exchange, or professional practice
  • Be committed to pursuing or completing a PhD
