Overview
The full-time starting salary is normally £35,331.00 per annum, with progression to £39,002.00 per annum. Grade: E. 12 month maternity cover, full-time role.

As the Learning and Organisational Development Officer – Technician Commitment, you will be at the forefront of change that underpins the university’s strategic goals for its technical community. This role is pivotal in bringing our action plan to life, embedding change, and making a measurable impact on the careers and contributions of our technicians across the institution. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, fostering connections between departments, championing best practices, and ensuring delivery against our commitments. Your ability to influence, network, and inspire confidence will be key to shaping a strong and sustainable future for our technical workforce.
