Birmingham City University is seeking an OIE Project Support Officer to join the Office for Institutional Equity, supporting the delivery of the University and EDI Strategy through high-quality programme coordination across initiatives aimed at reducing inequalities and embedding an inclusive culture.
You will help close awarding gaps, improve access and participation, enhance staff diversity, and monitor progress against KPIs with engagement activities across multiple stakeholders.
