You will support the delivery of high-quality services across the University, coaching senior managers and shaping a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you will use HR data to inform decisions, influence senior stakeholders, and drive people strategies in a hybrid working environment across Schools and Departments.
