The Pavilion is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to support the delivery of sporting activities and events. Working as part of a team, you will help ensure that facilities are prepared and maintained to a high standard, providing a welcoming and professional experience for students, staff, and external customers. You will support the smooth running of indoor and outdoor events, assist with event setups, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure that health and safety procedures are always followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work weekend shifts and one additional day during the week.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attendance and punctuality record.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use your own initiative when required.
- Effective time management to meet operational objectives.
- Confident, professional, and reliable approach to work.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
- Willingness to work outdoors, including setting up and dismantling equipment before and after sporting events.
- Interest in sport, fitness, or leisure activities.
