In this key role, you will:
- Provide analysis and reporting on key business data, performance trends, and KPIs across the University.
- Support senior leaders, including the Dean of Students, Dean of Academic Performance, and Directors of School Operations, through insightful reports and dashboards.
- Develop data visualisations, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools that inform strategic decisions and improve outcomes.
- Contribute to projects involving learning analytics, academic performance, student outcomes, and external reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure high‑quality, consistent data interpretation and use.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree (preferably in a numerate subject).
- Has strong analytical and data visualisation skills, with experience using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Communicates complex data clearly and confidently to a range of audiences.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Has experience of extracting and transforming data with SQL.
- Has knowledge of the Higher Education sector and statutory reporting requirements.
- Has experience with the R programming language and/or the SITS student record system.
- Demonstrates a collaborative approach to cross‑departmental working and problem‑solving.
