Working closely with senior stakeholders, project teams and the wider University, you will lead the design and delivery of change adoption strategies across major projects. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that new ways of working are successfully adopted, maximising the value of investment in digital and analytics capabilities. This is a hybrid role, based at our City Centre campus, with 2-3 days per week on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading change adoption activity across the learner analytics programme (and potentially other strategic projects)
  • Developing and embedding stakeholder, communication and adoption plans
  • Identifying and managing resistance to change
  • Coaching project teams and leaders in effective change approaches
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in change management
  • Supporting a consistent, University-wide approach to change

Proven experience leading complex, technology-enabled organisational change. A strong track record of delivering measurable adoption and business outcomes. Experience working in complex, matrix environments and influencing senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience of data, digital or analytics-driven transformation and/or the Higher Education sector is desirable.
