We’re looking for an experienced B2B Content Manager to lead the creation and delivery of innovative content that promotes our growing range of business‑to‑business products, including apprenticeship development, CPD and short courses, academic consultancy, and STEAMhouse promotion.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Content, you’ll be at the heart of our content strategy, managing a small team to produce high‑quality, engaging content for paid and organic channels. Working collaboratively with internal partners and external agencies, you’ll craft and deliver content that brings our B2B offering to life and showcases the University’s expertise and innovation.

You’ll also:

  • Work with the Head of Content to develop and implement a forward‑thinking B2B content strategy that supports ambitious growth goals.
  • Oversee B2B social media activity and ensure content is channel‑appropriate, creative and effective.
  • Lead on content production, from compelling video and photography to sharp, persuasive copy.
  • Use insights and analytics (including GA4) to measure impact, optimise performance and inform future strategy.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with professionalism and confidence.
  • Champion creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your team.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong experience in business‑to‑business marketing, ideally within a complex organisation or higher education environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire and manage a creative team.
  • A track record of developing and delivering content strategies across multiple channels.
  • Hands‑on experience in multimedia content production and social media management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A keen eye for brand storytelling and the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
