Birmingham City University Students' Union (BCUSU) is seeking a Senior Student Adviser to deliver high-quality, independent advice and manage complex casework for students.
The role includes day-to-day supervision of advisers and ensuring high standards of advice delivery.
The successful candidate will have relevant advice training and at least 2 years’ experience, strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Advice Pro), and the ability to handle high-risk cases with accuracy and sensitivity.
