Overview

We are recruiting for a number of Matchday Supporter Liaison Officers to work at St. Andrew\'s @ Knighthead Park for the 2025/26 football season. Our team will be greeting Bluenoses as they make their way to the stadium while also providing all supporters with important information and assisting with feedback, enquires and complaints.

  • Commit to working all BCFC home matchdays
  • Create a safe environment for all supporters and enhance the matchday experience
  • Good knowledge of St Andrew\'s, the local area, community and public transport to provide information to fans where needed
  • To take note of all fan feedback and suggestions and report back to the Supporter Services Officer
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving supporter issues and concerns
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as ticketing, safeguarding, safety, and Disabled Supporter Assistance
  • Able to work independently, and part of a team.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with supporters
  • Approachable, with the ability to deal with supporter complaints effectively.
  • Committed, hardworking, with a flexible attitude
  • Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining standards and a positive attitude
