As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help grow Birmingham City FC by sourcing and hiring across football, performance, commercial, and operational teams. You'll partner with hiring managers to shape roles and attract aligned talent while improving the candidate journey and Talent Acquisition processes. You'll work on change projects, including a new ATS implementation, and contribute to early career programmes. This is a pivotal role in a fast-changing club focused on sustainable growth and culture-building.

Pay / Benefits

  • Support recruitment across the Club for football, performance, business, commercial and operational roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define searches and attract aligned candidates
  • Manage the candidate journey from first contact to onboarding

  • In-House Talent Acquisition experience with multi-project capability
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience using and developing an Applicant Tracking System and building workflows
  • Solutions-focused approach in a growing/ evolving organisation
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
