Birmingham City Football Club is on the rise. Birmingham City Football Club are looking for a retail assistant to join our club shop at St Andrews Stadium. This fast-paced environment is ideal for those who thrive in a team setting and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your product knowledge while contributing to a successful sales environment. Due to Match Days and busy periods, we are looking for someone who is available to work the following days:

  • Saturdays
  • Some Sundays
  • All match days, including evening work

About the Role

  • Support with restocking shelves and maintaining product availability.
  • Operate the till and assist customers with purchases efficiently.
  • Confidently assist with shirt printing, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all fans, always maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Represent BCFC with pride by adhering to uniform guidelines and maintaining a positive image on social media.
  • Carry out tasks as directed by management to support the retail team in achieving its goals.
  • Continuously develop your product knowledge to better serve customers.

About the person

  • Experience within a retail/shop environment is beneficial.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to high standards of service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Availability to work Saturdays, some Sundays and matchdays.
