As a Matchday Ticket Staff member, you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless experience, helping fans secure their tickets, answering enquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service from the moment they engage with the Club. Whether you're assisting supporters over the phone, via email, or face-to-face at the Ticket Office, you'll be part of a team that puts people first and helps create unforgettable matchday experiences.

About the Role
As part of our Ticketing team, you'll support the delivery of an efficient and professional ticketing service across all Birmingham City FC fixtures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing home, away and season ticket sales accurately via phone, online and in person.
- Handling inbound and outbound supporter enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Delivering excellent customer service on every interaction while identifying opportunities to promote Club products and services.
- Processing face-to-face ticket sales and accurately balancing cash and tills where required.
- Supporting the Club's digital ticketing initiatives and assisting supporters with digital access.
- Fulfilling online ticket orders and promoting digital ticketing wherever possible.
- Responding to supporter emails promptly with accurate information.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and assisting with CRM data cleansing.
- Ensuring all work complies with data protection legislation and Club policies.
- Representing Birmingham City Football Club professionally at all times.
- Supporting the wider Ticketing team with additional duties as required.
About You
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy creating positive experiences for supporters. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience handling enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Confidence working under pressure in a busy environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to accurately process transactions.
- A positive, reliable and approachable attitude.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in promoting and upselling products where appropriate.
